Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, implement, and build project plans through proven project management tools while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met.

  • Maintain a detailed and accurate project tracker that is available to all team members, including team calendars of meetings, notes, supporting materials and other items relevant to the project.

  • Serve as lead for meetings, including scheduling meetings, distributing meeting invites, developing agendas, leading discussions, distributing summaries and actions items, providing necessary follow-up, and tracking of tasks.

  • Triage and prioritize information and questions flowing to, across and out from the team.

  • Leverage creative problem-solving skills to ensure that project team, including subcontractors, stays connected and updated on team & client activities and developments.

  • Identify and implement ways to improve and streamline internal processes, including developing new internal or programmatic process policies as needed.

  • Manages the $6.9M award budget to ensure all expense are accurately accounted for and with the parameters of the award.

  • Supervision of 4 full FTEs and 1-2 part-time FTEs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in project management, clinical research management, business administration, healthcare administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

  • A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

  • Five (5) years of professional-level business administration and operations oversight to include staffing, budget management, and bringing projects to full completion.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master's degree (or other advanced degree) from an accredited institution in project management, clinical research management, business administration, healthcare administration or another related field.

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in project management, for delivering assigned projects within time, scope, and cost.

  • Experience working with a CRM and project management tools.

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with clinical trials management.

  • Project Management certification (PMP preferred).

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., clinicians, clinical/research teams, software engineers, data scientists) for project managing development of real-world medical AI applications.
