The Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dermatologist at the rank of Assistant to Associate Professor. This provider will see patients in our robust clinical practice at Children’s Hospital Colorado, educate students and trainees, and perform patient-oriented research.

*Duties: *

  • *

Duties in this faculty position will include teaching, research, and service responsibilities.

In addition, specific responsibilities will be as follows:

  • This position is 50% clinical and 50% research.

  • The supervision of dermatology residents and fellows in clinic, educating rotating medical students, teaching in journal club, lectures and grand rounds.

  • Teaching responsibilities will include teaching of students, residents, and fellows in clinic, mentorship of residents and fellows, and participation in didactic lectures for Dermatology and Pediatric residents.

Academic Activities: Physician will be expected to conduct patient-oriented academic research activities.

Support: The initial salary will be determined in part by any funded research support, Departmental commitment and projected clinical collections.

Minimum qualifications for this position include an MD degree, Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology and eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
