Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • In general, the role of the anatomy instructor is to be responsible to the Course Coordinators (CC) for the provision of assistance during scheduled anatomy laboratory sessions.

  • Work may entail laboratory work, dissection, or other similar activities. Generally, you attend all course laboratory sessions and assist students with their dissection of whole-body donors.

  • Monitor individual students during laboratory sessions and report any problematic situations to the course coordinator.

  • Assist in the construction, proctoring, and clean-up of laboratory assessments (exams).

  • Participate in the running of laboratory sessions and, when necessary, to provide feedback on these activities to the course coordinator.

  • To keep up-to-date all email, telephone, and other informal contacts with students.

  • Report hours worked accurately and in a timely fashion.

The University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program is recruiting a part-time Clinical Instructor to assist with teaching anatomy. This is a part-time 0.25 FTE temporary position. This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
