We are seeking an individual to join Dr. Hillary Lum's research team. The candidate will be part of a collaborative research team assisting with the day-to-day operations of research studies focusing on older adults and their care partners. The studies we conduct require interactions with participants and medical staff, thus we are seeking a candidate who has strong interpersonal and communication skills and who will be comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals especially older adults. · Assist with day-to-day operations of ENACT research study. · Complete all institution and research project specific training while adhering to research regulatory standards. · Collaborate with PI and research team to ensure study procedures are performed following study protocol, institutional policies and guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. · Contribute to the goals and objectives of the Lum research team by managing weekly workflows to improve and enhance study outcomes. · Independently perform informed consent process or ensure that the informed consent process has occurred, is properly documented, and maintained as required. · Provide resources to participants within the confines of the study. · Collect and enter data in an accurate and timely manner as required by each study. · Manage gift card program and mail gift cards to participants. · Mail recruitment letters.

– There may be an option for hybrid work 1-2 days per week after person is fully trained.

The starting salary range () for this position has been established as: $47,743 – $60,729 $51,956 – $66,088 The above salary range () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
