The advertised position requires a PhD, MD, or comparable doctoral degree in the biomedical sciences with at least four years of professional experience as research associate or post-doctoral fellow within the field of immunology. Experience in immunology, cell biology, structural biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, mass/optical spectroscopy, and closely related fields is necessary. The applicant must be generally familiar with the theoretical principles for and have first-hand experience with the instrumentation involved in multiplexed imaging (mass spectrometry imaging, fluorescence microscopy) and flow cytometry. In addition, the applicant must be experienced with the integration of existing and the implementation of novel data processing pipelines to analyze and report the acquired cellular data. A strong computational background plus fluency in the computational languages C, R, Rust, and Python is required to maintain and prototype efficient computational data pipelines. The applicant must have a strong publication record, a demonstrated ability to obtain outside funding sources, and experience in supervising and training research personnel. :
