  • Two years of clinical experience.

  • Current NCCPA certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of full-time teaching experience.

  • Three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting.

  • Prior leadership experience.

  • Evidence of scholarly contributions to the profession.

  • Documented experience with curricula design.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Self-starter, reliable with a strong work ethic.

  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, including attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and work in a highly collaborative environment as a member of a team.

  • High-level critical/conceptual thinking skills.

  • Knowledge of learning theory and experience with the application in instructional design.
