Entry Professional:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or other related field.

  • Substitution : A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional/professional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Intermediate Professional:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or other related field.

  • Substitution : A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional/professional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

  • One (1) year of experience performing professional-level Human Resource duties and responsibilities.

Senior Professional:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or other related field.

  • Substitution : A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional/professional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

  • Two (2) years of experience performing professional-level Human Resource duties and responsibilities.

All Levels - Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

  • Experience working in an academic medical center.
