Job Title: Part-time Academic Services Entry Professional (0.5 FTE) – MS/PHSC Graduate Programs

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and distillation of student performance records, job placement, and further graduate study for the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences for the five (5) years of student admission.

  • Document the development of Cannabis Science & Medicine (CSM) education programs, including 1) the medical cannabis continuing professional education program, 2) the ELPD medical cannabis elective course, 3) the CSM Graduate Certificate Program, 4) the CSM subplan of the MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences

  • Assist the Director in cataloging, classifying, and preparing for application review of MSPS candidates for Fall 2024 admission; in preparing for referral to MSPS Admissions Committee; and in working with the MSPS Program Administrator for the admission and matriculation process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, or closely related field.

  • Experience working in a higher education setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
