Job Summary

The Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building (JSCBB) is seeking qualified candidates for their Assistant to the Director position to handle a wide variety of daily operational needs of the department. Do you enjoy tackling multiple projects at once? We at JSCBB pride ourselves on our ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.

Who We Are

Completed in 2012, the JSCBB houses faculty, staff and students from the BioFrontiers Institute, the Chemical and Biological Engineering and the department of Biochemistry to meet the research and instruction needs of campus. We are amongst the few laboratory buildings to be LEED Platinum certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. This certification is very difficult to attain for a research building due to power and water usage. https://jscbb.colorado.edu/

  • Ensure that requests for classrooms are appropriate for room size and equipment available, e.g. IT infrastructure, chairs, whiteboards, etc.
