The University of Colorado Boulder and Leeds School of Business encourages applications for a Business Core Program Coordinator. Overall, this position will coordinate, manage, and support the two-year business core curriculum (BCOR) and its faculty.

The core requirements (BCOR) for the undergraduate business degree consist of integrated coursework through which students learn the fundamentals of business while working on real-world business cases. The business core coursework also helps students develop crucial communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
BCOR Course Coordination, Administration and Learning Management System Administration
Assure compliance with university financial policies, laws and rules.
Attend quarterly meetings with Leeds AP for budget check-ins.
Coordinate modules “MODS” (3rd semester) exams for both on and off cycle MODs to minimize exam overlap among the MODs.
Create and maintain course material shared drives for program content/curriculum.
Coordinate single sets of syllabi, projects, large-scale exams, reading calendar, assignment calendar, pre-read materials, posting course materials, posting projects and other assessments, posting grades, team admin, etc.
Integrate career development, business writing and team coaching elements.
Schedule extended-time and make up exam accommodations including room reservations, hiring proctors, and scheduling.
Support faculty director, undergraduate office, and division chairs in projecting enrollments, scheduling BCOR classes and identifying faculty to instruct those classes.
Attend regular check in meetings with Faculty Director.
Build both MOD A and MOD B semester calendars.
Manage BCOR operating budgets.
BASE Coordinator (4th semester integrated learning experience)
Draft individual assessments to align with 3 group projects.
Oversee TA graders and assist in grading weekly individual assignments for 800 students.
Coordinate and manage BASE faculty’s student-facing CANVAS courses to ensure consistency and clarity in assignments and grading.
Project updates and revisions, including updating shared project files including assignment descriptions, student-facing rubrics, faculty/grading TA rubrics, and other project readings.
Curriculum and BASE course development (assignment development, grading rubric construction, etc.)
Schedule team meetings and develop agendas.
Coordinate final group project presentations.
Day to day BASE troubleshooting.
Undergraduate Curriculum Assurances of Learning (AACSB accreditation requirement)
Undergraduate Curriculum Assurances of Learning (AACSB accreditation requirement).
Administer and supervise Assurances of Learning surveys and tools for capstone assessment for AACSB reporting.
Implement CATME and Marketplace Simulation to determine if the learning outcomes for BASE are occurring.
Work with the faculty director and BCOR faculty to expand analysis of learning objectives for the first two-year curriculum.
Onboard New Faculty into BCOR Program
Schedule to meet with faculty to coordinate materials/delivery/instruction.
Assist new faculty in on-boarding with respect to CANVAS, CATME, and other technology.
Inclusive Access Coordinator
Work directly with Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement - ODECE to insure inclusive access to all curriculum/ course materials to ensure that our course is delivered in compliance with ADA accommodations.
Develop list of accessibility improvements to be made per ODECE's suggestions.
BCOR TA Hires and Oversight
Assist in hiring, onboarding and oversight for the two-year BCOR curriculum TA’s.
Define responsibilities to all BCOR TA’s.
Administer FERPA training for all TA hires.
Supervise TA performance with assistance of faculty and faculty director.
Manage the BCOR TA budget for all courses and sections.
What We Can Offer
The salary range for this position, commensurate with experience, is $48,000-$51,000 annually.

What We Would Like You To Have
Familiarity with and/or experience working at the University of Colorado or another college or university.
Master’s degree in a business-related field.
Teaching Assistant (TA) experience.
