The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for multiple Ticket Office Representatives! These positions are part of our Ticket Operations team. As a Ticket Office Representative, you will connect with our fans and assist them with all their ticketing needs.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Be responsible for answering phones.

  • Assisting season ticket holders with renewing, purchasing or accessing their tickets.

  • Assist fans in purchasing tickets and accessing their tickets.

  • Answering questions for any general fans calling in.

  • Assisting ticket managers in checking voicemails and e-mails.

  • Assisting ticket managers in opening/closing duties.

  • Assist ticket managers with any daily tasks.

What You Should Know

  • This position works fully onsite in the various CU Boulder venues.

  • This is a temporary position.

  • Schedules vary depending on the event schedule and need, and will be between 20 and 40 hours per week.

  • Some weekends and holidays will be necessary.

What We Can Offer

  • The hourly rate for this temporary position is $18.00 per hour.

What We Require

  • 6 months of customer service experience.

What You Will Need

  • Ability to report promptly to assigned shifts.

  • Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.

  • Works well with people in a team and in a service position.
